because the data can be measured. Examples include length, height,
area, temperature, time, etc.

Quasi-stationary (QSTNRY) -
nearly stationary
Quiescent - still, at rest,
dormant, or inactive. Quiescent conditions might include weak or
calm winds and clear skies.
